Equipment Setup FAQs
Xbox One & 360 consoles
Start your Xbox and wait for the home screen to load.
Press the Xbox button on the controller to load the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select the Voneus Wi-Fi network from the list (will look similar to VONEUS-E5G1 – listed as SSID on the back of your router)
Enter the Wi-Fi password (listed as Wireless key on the back of your router).
The Xbox will test the internet connection. Once completed press “OK” to complete the process.

Playstation 5 consoles
Start your Playstation 5 and wait for the home screen to load.
Go to Settings > Network > Setup Internet Connection.
Select the Voneus Wi-Fi network from the list (will look similar to VONEUS-E5G1 – listed as SSID on the back of your router)
Enter the Wi-Fi password (listed as Wireless key on the back of your router).
The Playstation 5 will test the internet connection. Once completed press “OK” to complete the process.
Playstation 4 consoles
Start your Playstation 4 and wait for the home screen to load.
Go to Settings > Network > Setup Internet Connection.
Select “Use Wi-fi – Easy”.
Select the Voneus Wi-Fi network from the list (will look similar to VONEUS-E5G1 – listed as SSID on the back of your router)
Enter the Wi-Fi password (listed as Wireless key on the back of your router).
Whem prompted, select “ Test Internet Connection” the Playstation 4 will test the internet connection. Once completed press “OK” to complete the process.

Nintendo Switch console
Start your Nintendo Switch and wait for the home screen to load.
Select ‘System Settings” from the Home menu.
Select “Internet” then “Internet Settings”
The Nintendo Switch will automatically search for nearby Wi-Fi networks.
Select the Voneus Wi-Fi network from the list (will look similar to VONEUS-E5G1 – listed as SSID on the back of your router)
Enter the Wi-Fi password (listed as Wireless key on the back of your router).
The Nintendo Switch will test the internet connection. Once completed press “OK” to complete the process.
If the test fails, it will show you an error code and guidance on how to troubleshoot connection errors.
